Terms of Service

~ ToS ~By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service stated below.General
‧ You must be at least 13+ to purchase a commission from me.‧ I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission at any time.‧ Upon commissioning me, please provide a clear reference and details/theme(s) of what you would like drawn, what you would like to purchase, and your payment.‧ Depending on the complexity and factors involved in a piece, commission turn around time is around 3 days to 2 weeks.‧ Changes will only be made during the sketch phase. Smaller changes may be made to the completed commission if the artist (me) agrees (or if the artist missed details provided in a reference given).
Payment
‧ I accept Cashapp (preferred) and PayPal friends & family (USD). I may accept other payment methods if discussed beforehand and agreed upon with the commissioner (other payment options may include but are not limited to: Venmo, gift cards, in-game currency, discord nitro, and more).‧ Payment is to be sent in full after the commissioner receives a rough (watermarked) sketch that they are content with.
Refund Policy
‧ Full refunds will not be given.‧ Partial refunds may be provided IF:‧ The artist (me) encounters a difficult situation or emergency and needs to take a break from a commission (this may include but is not limited to: mental or physical health, work or family situations, and more). In rare cases, a full refund may be provided if the artist needs to cancel without working on the commission.‧ The artist (me) agreed to a set due date for a commission and that date was not met in time.

Copyright and Usage
‧ I own the rights to my art. I do not own the rights to any characters I am asked to draw (unless they are my own).‧ I may use any finished commissions I draw to post online and promote myself.‧ You may not claim any of my art as your own or remove any signatures from any commission.‧ You may not alter my art or have someone else alter it.‧ You may not trace or heavily reference my art.‧ You may not resell a finished commission by itself (the commission may only be resold with other art of the design/character you commissioned).‧ You may use a finished commission for personal use, to print, etc., as long as proper credit is given.
